First Coast Advantage is a Provider Service Network (PSN), established and operated by Shands Jacksonville, that coordinates benefits for Medicaid Members under the State's Medicaid Reform Plan.
The First Coast Advantage Network includes Shands Jacksonville, University of Florida physicians, Nemours Children's Clinic, Wolfson Children's Hospital, all Health Departments in Florida Medicaid Area 4; Baker, Clay, Duval and Nassau, all Baptist Medical Center locations, Brooks Rehabilitation Hospital, Renaissance Behavioral Health Systems, Child Guidance Centers, Clay Behavioral Health, Sutton Place, North East Florida State Hospital (NEFSH) for Behavioral Health and many more Providers.....
