With First Coast Advantage, transportation to and from medical appointments and for non-emergency care is FREE. No co-pays.

Free Bus Passes for Members if they live within 3/4 mile of a bus stop, from their home and appointment and can safely ride the bus without medical restrictions.
Mileage Reimbursement for Drivers other than Member.
72 hour advance notice is needed for all appointments.
